HTML Doc Builder Open editor

Usage introduction

Build and export interactive HTML documents

The editor is a browser-based document builder. Compose pages from blocks, preview the result, then export a standalone HTML file or PDF.

Core workflow

1. Start

Create a new document from the sample, open a saved draft, or import an existing HTML file.

2. Compose

Add text, headings, figures, tables, charts, code blocks, actions, and interactive components.

3. Organize

Use the page bar to add pages, rename them, reorder them, and keep internal links stable.

4. Reuse

Stage selected blocks on the component board and apply saved colors from the color board.

5. Preview

Switch to Preview to test page links, tabs, collapsibles, copy buttons, and filterable tables.

6. Export

Export HTML for an interactive standalone file, or export PDF for a fixed document snapshot.

Storage and sharing

Drafts, autosave data, boards, and staged components live in the current browser profile. Export HTML when you need a portable copy.
The exported HTML includes document styles and component behavior, so readers do not need this editor to view the final interactive file.
